Meet attorney Reece Hale Robertson.

Reece Hale Robertson has spent 15 years in the legal profession and utilizes her deep passion to help others to fight on behalf of her clients. After graduating from Grundy High School, she attended the University of Virginia where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 2004. She then went to law school at the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduating law school in 2007, Reece moved home and became the judicial law clerk for Buchanan County Circuit Judges Honorable Keary R. Williams and Honorable Patrick R. Johnson.

After gathering experience as a law clerk, Reece became a prosecutor for the Russell County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office in 2009. Initially, she prosecuted crimes in all courts, but later focused primarily on felony cases in Circuit Court, having a deep passion for both sexual assault and drug cases. She continued to serve there until opening her own firm in January 2022. She is licensed to practice in both Virginia and West Virginia.

Reece is a proud native of Buchanan County and is excited to have an office in her hometown and serve the people in all areas of Southwest Virginia. She is an active member of the Board of Trustees at the Appalachian School of Law and Vice President of the Theatre Guild of Buchanan County. She also helps coach youth cheerleading. Her family attends Vansant Baptist Church where they are involved in the children’s ministry.

In her spare time, you will see her throughout the community with her family and friends. She loves running, lifting weights, and being outdoors.
